International Journal on Education Insight, with initials IJEI, abbreviated as Int. J. Educ. Insight, is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal focused on education. It provides a forum for education experts around the globe to share their ideas and practices, particularly in the field of education. IJEI is home-based at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It publishes four times in a year (January, April, July, and October).
The journal welcomes original research papers and review papers which are not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The papers may discuss research, experience, and perspectives on teaching, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies, and the use of new technologies in education.
Recently, IJEI is still under the evaluation for SCOPUS database inclusion.

IJEI is now using a new template for its papers. The new template will be used starting from Volume 7 Number 1, January 2026. Please take a look at the new template here.

Volume 7 Number 1 of 2026 has been available online since February 2, 2026. It consists of 12 papers authored/co-authored by researchers from 3 continents, Asia (Indonesia), Africa (The Gambia, Nigeria), and Europe (Austria).
Before Submission
Author has to make sure that the article has been well-prepared using IJEI's template and follows the author guidelines. The article shall have been carefully proofread such that it has sound English. Editor will ask the author to re-check its translation if it is needed. The article shall also have been similarity-checked using any reliable tool (e.g. Ithenticate) and the author can upload the similarity check result as the supplementary file during submission process.
