Revenue Sources and Advertising Policy
- Revenue Sources
Jurnal Fundadikdas (Fundamental Pendidikan Dasar) is an open-access journal committed to the transparent management of its financial resources and the preservation of editorial independence. The journal's operations are supported by the following sources of revenue and institutional support:
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
The journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication following the peer-review process. The APC is payable by the authors or, where applicable, their affiliated institutions or research funders. The fee supports publication-related activities, including editorial workflow management, article production, PDF preparation, and online publication and hosting. Detailed information regarding the amount, payment procedures, and waiver arrangements is available on the journal's Article Processing Charges page.
Publisher and Institutional Support
The journal is published by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD), Yogyakarta. Institutional financial or operational support, where provided, may contribute to the journal's publishing infrastructure, online journal management system, administrative operations, and digital preservation activities.
Editorial Independence
All editorial decisions are made independently of the journal's revenue sources. Manuscripts are evaluated according to their academic quality, methodological rigor, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with publication ethics and editorial standards. Payment of an APC, the availability of institutional funding, or any other financial consideration does not guarantee manuscript acceptance or influence the outcome of peer review. Editorial decisions are based on scholarly considerations rather than the financial interests of the journal, its publisher, or its authors. - Advertising Policy
Jurnal Fundadikdas (Fundamental Pendidikan Dasar) adopts a no-advertising policy to safeguard editorial independence and maintain a scholarly publishing environment focused on academic content. The journal does not accept or display commercial advertisements on its website or within its published articles. This includes advertising banners, pop-up advertisements, sponsored links, and other forms of paid promotional content. The journal's website is dedicated to scholarly publications, journal information, author guidelines, submission procedures, peer-review policies, and other information directly related to its academic publishing activities. The journal does not allow advertising or commercial sponsorship to influence editorial decisions, peer-review processes, or the presentation of published research.
