Focus and Scope

The IJEI welcomes original research papers and review papers which are not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The papers may discuss research, experience, and perspectives on teaching, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies, and the use of new technologies in education.

Original Research Paper

Full-length, comprehensive scientific papers reporting novel empirical or theoretical investigations. Manuscripts should typically range between 5,000 to 8,000 words (including tables, figures, and references), organized systematically using the IMRaD framework (Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion).

Review Paper

Authoritative, critical state-of-the-art syntheses of specific research areas following recognized review protocols (such as PRISMA). Reviews must provide in-depth meta-analyses, conceptual frameworks, and strategic future research agendas (6,000–10,000 words).
