Perencanaan Karier Sebagai Strategi Keterampilan Pramusaji Makanan

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah merencanakan karir bagi pramusaji setelah masa pandemi covid 19 yang dapat dilakukan melalui strategi analisis SWOT. diharapkan memberikan pengalaman terbaik bagi para karyawan khususnya pramusaji makanan.
Pendekatan studi kepustakaan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui pengetahuan para peneliti sebelumnya digunakan untuk memastikan apakah perencanaan karier dapat menjadi strategi bagi para pekerja pramusaji makanan dan sejauh mana karier yang diaplikasikan melalui analisis SWOT.
Bukti yang disajikan dalam studi pustaka ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan sesuai perencanaan karier yang matang memiliki keterkaitan significant dengan keterampilan pramusaji. Implikasi praktis artikel ini memberikan saran pada para pekerja di industri makanan agar lebih mendalami kesempatan dalam perencanaan karir agar terjadi simbiosis mutualisme atau hubungan saling menguntungkan.
