Journal of Food and Culinary (JFC), with registered number ISSN 2621-8437 (print) and E-ISSN 2621-8445 (online), is a scientific journal published by Vocational of Food Services Industry, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. In addition, JFC is accredited Sinta 4 by Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
The journal registered in the CrossRef system with Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix 10.12928. It's Journal covers a lot of common problems or issues related to the health sciences. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of food and culinary.
Journal of Food and Culinary focuses on advancing knowledge in th e food service industry and culinary management, including food and apparel entrepreneurship, strategic and operational management in culinary, small and medium enterprises, culinary marketing management, food processing and innovation, food and nutritional science, food nutrition evaluation, food safety and hygiene, food preservation and packaging, as well as halal product management in the culinary sector.
Frequency: Two issues per year | June and Desember
