Post-Publication
Scientific discourse does not terminate upon manuscript publication. The journal published by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan welcomes robust, objective academic discussions, constructive critiques, and intellectual debates concerning published works.
1. Letters to the Editor:
Readers, scholars, and peer reviewers may submit formal Letters to the Editor offering critique, alternative methodologies, or replication attempts concerning articles published in the journal.
- Letters must be polite, scientifically substantiated, free from ad-hominem attacks, and submitted within 12 months of article publication.
2. Right of Reply:
The Editor-in-Chief forwards accepted Letters to the original authors, granting them the opportunity to compose a formal 'Author Response'. Both the critical Letter and the Author's Response will be peer-reviewed and, if approved, published concurrently in the subsequent issue to maintain scientific dialogue.
3. Post-Publication Amendments:
Debates that uncover factual discrepancies or calculation errors will prompt corrective notices (Corrigendum/Erratum) in accordance with COPE guidelines.
