Optimum: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan, p-ISSN: 1411-6022 dan e-ISSN: 2613-9464, is a peer-reviewed journal published two times a year (March and September) by Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Optimum has been published in electronic (PDF) versions. Electronic articles are available on http://journal.uad.ac.id/index.php/OPTIMUM/issue/archive. Optimum is intended to be the journal for publishing articles reporting the results of economics and development.

The Optimum focuses on the research related to economics and development relevant to the development of theory and practices of economics, especially in Indonesia and Southeast Asia and in the world. Therefore, The Optimum accepts the articles from Indonesia and other countries. 

Optimum covered several research approaches, such as quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method. The article does not contain plagiarism, and we do not receive article has been publishing in other journals before. Starting Vol 11, No 1 (March 2021) all manuscripts uses english version and all submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and evaluated by a minimum of two reviewers through the double-blind review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.
