Mimesis is an academic, open access, peer-reviewed journal established and first published in 2020 by the Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Literature, and Communication, Ahmad Dahlan University, Indonesia.
Focusing on culture, language, and literature seen from an Indonesian perspective, Mimesis provides a platform for the presentation, analysis, and critique of provocative works, publishing articles that transcend disciplines and advance the study of the humanities.
In this edition, Mimesis Journal publishes 9 articles from 1 country and 5 institutions, namely Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Udayana University, Gajah Mada University, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” East Java, and Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. 8 articles are written in Indonesian and 1 article is written in English. It is hoped that all articles published can be a reference for the authors and expand knowledge for all readers.
