AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Author/s who wants to submit his/her article, please consider the following rules:

General Requirements:

  1. A manuscript is a report on research results on business management problems.
  2. The manuscript must be original, pay attention to scientific writing's norms and ethics, have never been published, and are not being considered for publication in other journals.
  3. Manuscripts are written in English according to the General Guidelines for English spelling.
  4. The submitted paper is at least 9 pages and no more than 25 pages.
  5. Use a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose the American Psychological Association (APA) style 7th edition.
  6. The author should refer to the journal template for writing format and style. Please download and use it as a template for the initial manuscript submission.
  7. The author should use recent references (no more than 10 years back) with a composition of 80% from scientific articles (prioritized international journals) and 20% from books and other references.
  8. The author must attach the plagiarism test result (excluding the reference list) at the end of the manuscript with a similarity score of no more than 20%.

Structure of Manuscript:

  1. Title. The paper's title is typed without an acronym or abbreviation, case study. Include object and focus research (no more than 12 words).
  2. Abstract. in the form of the essence of the entire writing, written narratively, between 100-200 words, consisting of one paragraph and written in one space. It is recommended that the abstract for the articles be written in English. Keywords are listed after the abstract.
  3. The introduction section covers the background of the research issue or problem, as well as the urgency and rationalization of the research. This section also describes the aims and contributions of the research.
  4. The review of the literature and hypothesis section contains a literature review used to support the research concept. The literature review is not limited to theory but also empirical evidence. Research hypotheses (if any) must be built from theoretical concepts and supported by empirical studies (previous research).
  5. The research method section describes the research design, scope or object, primary materials and tools, location, data collection techniques, operational definitions of research variables, and analysis techniques.
  6. The results and discussion section presents the research results. The research results can be supplemented with tables, graphs (pictures), and/or charts. The discussion section describes the data processing results, interprets the findings logically, and associates them with relevant reference sources.
  7. The conclusions and suggestions section summarizes the research results and discussion, the limitations of the study, and suggestions for further research.
  8. In writing references and citations referred to in the manuscript, using a reference manager such as Mendeley, Zotero, RefWorks, Endnote, and others is recommended. Writing citations in the manuscript and bibliography follows the American Psychological Association (APA) style 7th edition.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors must check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors who do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. Scientific articles do not contain substances of plagiarism. Articles submitted have never been published and are not considered for publication in another journal or proceedings, either in print or digital.
  3. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format. Conform to the standard of the journal template, and the text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which are found in About the Journal.
    The submitted paper is at least 9 pages and no more than 25 pages. Editors will evaluate if a paper needs more than 25 pages.
  4. References expect a minimum of 20 references, with a minimum of 80% to journal papers. It used a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting and has chosen the American Psychological Association (APA) style 7th edition.
    If it is available, the URL for the references will be included and ascertained in inaccessible conditions.
  5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed journal section, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  6. If the author requests withdrawal of his/her manuscript when the manuscript is still in the peer-reviewing process, the author will be punished as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if accepted by another journal.
