The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. Editors check the plagiarism detection of articles in this journal by using iThenticate software. All manuscripts evaluated by editors to be inappropriate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. The research article submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. The review process uses a double-blind review system. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer’s recommendation from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted. The final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors-in-Chief on the basis of the reviews and editors decision.
