Electronic Filing
To guarantee long-term digital preservation, permanent accessibility, and uninterrupted scholarly availability of all published scientific assets, the Journal of Vocational Education Studies (JOVES) implements a multi-tiered archival strategy:
1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP-PN) The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network, utilizing the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program to digitally preserve decentralized permanent archives across global library nodes.
2. National Scientific Repositories Full metadata and articles are systematically harvested and indexed into the Indonesian national scientific portal, GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) by the National Library of Indonesia.
3. Institutional Repository of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan All published issues and individual article galleys (PDF and metadata) are also deposited in the institutional digital repository of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.
4. Self-Archiving Policy Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the published version (Publisher's PDF) in non-commercial institutional or thematic repositories immediately upon online publication with proper bibliographic attribution.
