Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang terjadi hampir seluruh negara di dunia telah berdampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali pendidikan. Dalam hal ini kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting, diantaranya Kepala Sekolah harus mampu memimpin dalam kondisi penuh risiko dan pada saat darurat seperti pada pandemi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah pada masa pandemi di SD Muhammadiyah Kleco 1, 2, dan SD Muhammadiyah Purbayan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penyajian data, reduksi data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu kepemimpinan transformasional sangat tepat diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah di masa pandemi ini, banyak perubahan dan dampak positif dari kepemimpinan transformasional.
