Implementasi blended learning di Sekolah Dasar Maria Regina School Semarang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model pembelajaran blended learning. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif meliputi reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi model pembelajaran blended learning berjalan dengan baik mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian. Faktor Keberhasilan Impelementasi Pembelajaran Blended Learning ialah kemampuan SDM dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis online, guru memperbolehkan siswa memperdalam pemahaman materi melalui berbagai media, guru menyiapkan waktu diluar jam kerja untuk menjawab pertanyaan siswa, adanya pengurangan jam mengajar, adanya dukungan penuh dari pengawas sekolah, kepala sekolah dan orangtua siswa. Salah satu kendala guru dalam memberikan pembelajaran ialah ketika guru matematika hendak menyampaikan beberapa macam model untuk menyelesaikan suatu soal, sarana prasarana belum memadai.
