Mediasi Kolaborasi Sejawat Pada Pengaruh Kompetensi Teknologi Digital Terhadap Kinerja Guru

Transformasi digital pendidikan dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menempatkan kompetensi teknologi digital guru sebagai prasyarat pembelajaran berkualitas. Namun, bukti empiris mengenai mekanisme sosial yang menjembatani kompetensi tersebut dengan kinerja guru masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran mediasi kolaborasi sejawat dalam hubungan antara kompetensi teknologi digital dan kinerja guru sekolah menengah. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory survey cross-sectional melibatkan 78 guru Sekolah Menengah Atas yang dipilih melalui homogeneous purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup berskala Likert lima poin yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bootstrapping 5.000 subsampel, dilengkapi pengendalian common method bias. Hasil menunjukkan kompetensi teknologi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kolaborasi sejawat (β = 0,723), kolaborasi sejawat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (β = 0,555), sementara pengaruh langsung kompetensi digital terhadap kinerja guru tidak signifikan (β = 0,227). Kolaborasi sejawat terbukti berperan sebagai mediator penuh dengan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar β = 0,401. Disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi teknologi digital meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kolaborasi sejawat. Implikasinya, pengembangan kompetensi digital perlu diintegrasikan dengan penguatan komunitas belajar profesional.
