Membangun Kedisiplinan Santri Putri Melalui Manajemen Asrama di Pondok Pesantren Sabilal Muhtadin Desa Jaya Karet

Manajemen asrama memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Sabilal Muhtadin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen asrama dalam membangun kedisiplinan santri putri di pondok pesantren sabilal muhtadin desa jaya karet. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang bersifat deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pembina asrama dan informannya pengurus asrama. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi dengan triangulasi sumber.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen asrama melibatkan empat aspek utama: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa di pesantren sabilal muhtadin terdapat pembentukan organisasi asrama atau disebut dengan kepengurusan asrama. Kepengurusan asrama terdiri dari kepengurusan eksternal dan internal yang melibatkan santri dalam mengelola asrama. Kepengurusan eksternal yaitu pengurus asrama sendiri sedangkan kepengurusan internal di sebut dengan ketua perkamar masing-masing di asrama. Hal ini pembentukan kepengurusan membantu pembina asrama dalam menyelengarakan pengelolaan kegiatan asrama dengan lancar sehingga memberikan dampak dalam meningkatkan kedisipilinan santri. Selain itu juga dalam mendorong kedisiplinan santri kepengurusan membentuk pedoman peraturan dan juga pemberian hukuman pagi yang melanggar peraturan.
