This journal does not charge any article processing or publication fees. All accepted manuscripts are published free of charge.

The journal fully supports open access dissemination of research results without financial burden to authors. All publication costs are covered by the journal management and supporting institution.

The publication process includes:

• DOI registration for each published paper
• Article similarity checking using iThenticate (final result available upon request)
• Layout editing according to the journal template and publication standards

Authors are not required to pay any submission, processing, or publication fees at any stage of the review and publication process.
