Abstract

Kesiapan kerja individu adalah suatu hal yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja begitu pula di lembaga keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh magang dan pengalaman berorganisasi terhadap kesiapan kerja di lembaga keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif assosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan di Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sleman 2 dan BPRS Suriyah. Magang dan pengalaman berorganisasi secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja di lembaga keuangan syariah. Demikian juga, Magang dan pengalaman berorganisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja di lembaga keuangan syariah.
