Background: Occupational fatigue is a variety of conditions accompanied by a decrease in efficiency and endurance at work. Work fatigue is a critical problem that needs to be adequately addressed, as it has adverse effects, including loss of efficiency at work, decreased productivity, and reduced work capacity. Work fatigue can be caused by environmental factors such as noise and lighting. Individual factors, such as nutritional status, lifestyle, and health, as well as work factors like workload, work duration, and monotonous work. Methods: This study employs a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional research design, with Chi-Square Analysis and Fisher's Exact Test as the primary statistical tests. The sample of this study consisted of 32 tailors at Wijaya Convection, selected using the total sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaires and observation sheets. Results: The results showed a significant relationship between workload (p-value 0.024) and fatigue in tailors in Kauman, Yogyakarta. In contrast, there was no significant relationship between noise (p-value 1.000) and fatigue in tailors in Kauman, Yogyakarta. Conclusion: There is a relationship between workload and occupational fatigue among tailors in Kauman, Yogyakarta.
