Focus and Scope

Epidemiology and Society Health Review (ESHR) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (July and January) by Epidemiology Section, School of Public Health, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Indonesia.

ESHR aims to communicate research in the field of epidemiology and community health by publishing papers in high quality of science. This journal publishes an article in the field of epidemiology of the communicable disease, epidemiology of the non-communicable disease, epidemiology of nutrition, vector control, surveillance and outbreak and spatial analysis for community health. ESHR opens the windows of the world to spread and communicate research as a lesson learns to others researcher and places to improve the quality of community health.

Peer Review Process

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by an editor. It will be evaluated in the office, whether it is suitable for Epidemiology and Society Health Review (ESHR) focus and scope or has a major methodological flaw and similarity score by using Plagiarism Checker X PRO.

 

The manuscript will be sent to at least two anonymous referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation (double-blind review). Reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 30 to 60 days.

 

The suggested decision will be evaluated in an editorial board meeting. Afterwards, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author. The journal is carried out by using Mendeley as a Tool Reference Manager. Language used in this journal is English.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal is an open access journal which provides immediate, worldwide, barrier-free access to the full text of all published articles without charge readers or their institutions for access. Readers have right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of all articles in International Journal on Emerging Mathematics Education. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
