<p>Kepemimpinan akademik di perguruan tinggi masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti rendahnya motivasi kerja dosen, terbatasnya kolaborasi akademik, serta lemahnya keteladanan kepemimpinan yang mampu menginspirasi komunitas akademik. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja dosen tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kebijakan struktural, tetapi juga oleh model kepemimpinan yang mampu membangun makna, nilai, dan komitmen bersama dalam organisasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merekonstruksi model kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai budaya <em>Kula Babong</em> sebagai kerangka konseptual untuk memperkuat kinerja dosen di perguruan tinggi Katolik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan para informan yang terdiri atas tokoh adat dan pelaku budaya yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahap reduksi data, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi makna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai <em>Kula Babong</em> seperti kejujuran, solidaritas, musyawarah, dan tanggung jawab moral memiliki kesesuaian konseptual dengan dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional serta berpotensi memperkuat motivasi, kolaborasi akademik, dan komitmen dosen dalam menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai budaya lokal dalam kepemimpinan akademik dapat menjadi pendekatan kontekstual yang memperkaya praktik kepemimpinan pendidikan tinggi dan memperkuat kinerja dosen secara berkelanjutan.</p>Mikael Emi BernadudNeti KarnatiRihlah Nur Aulia

<p>Internalisasi nilai Islam di lingkungan sekolah masih menghadapi tantangan dalam membentuk karakter siswa secara konsisten melalui budaya sekolah yang berkelanjutan. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya strategi pembiasaan yang mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam aktivitas sehari-hari siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi strategi 7S (senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, santun, sabar, dan syukur) dalam internalisasi nilai Islam serta dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, 2 guru, dan 3 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan instrumen berupa pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan dokumentasi kegiatan sekolah. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi 7S diterapkan secara terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran, budaya sekolah, dan interaksi sosial sehingga mampu menumbuhkan sikap religius, disiplin, saling menghormati, tanggung jawab, serta hubungan sosial yang harmonis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi 7S efektif dalam memperkuat budaya sekolah islami dan pembentukan karakter siswa secara berkelanjutan.</p>Indriani Ika PuspitasariDjamaluddin Prawironegoro

<p>Genre-Based Approach (GBA) receives more attention in recent years in Indonesia. This approach has been selected as the default approach to teach English as stated in the current and previous national curriculums. Consequently, it is essential for the Indonesian English teachers to understand the approach to effectively teach the subject. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of GBA by junior high school teachers in teaching activities. Descriptive qualitative with case study design was employed in conducting the study. In collecting the necessary data regarding the implementation of the stages in GBA in the teaching activities, four English teachers from a junior high school were given a set of questionnaires followed by a semi-structured interview. The findings from the questionnaire show that even though all participants have implemented GBA, all stages were implemented incompletely. The aforementioned finding is strengthened by the interview results which exposed that almost all participants unconsciously employed GBA due to the unfamiliarity with the theory. From this study, it can be concluded that most of the participants still have difficulties in implementing GBA relevant with the theory in their teaching activities. This study offers pedagogical implications for the GBA practitioners to keep on enriching and reflecting their GBA practices and for the policymakers to make enrichment programs related to GBA or EFL in Indonesia in general</p>Muhammad Rafi Abdusyukur
